not as sturdy as I expected…,
I bought these FOX men’s dirtpaws and after less than 1 month of using them the black cover on the left thumb started to peal off. I love FOX products and I thought this one might have been defective. So I sewed it and it worked just fine after. Another month later I was adjusting my bike’s breaks with my gloves on and I noticed the wrench had perforated the glove w/o much effort. If they ripped off so easily working on my bike for 3 minutes… how would they protect me if I wipe out? I’m not wearing gloves for warmth. I wear them for protection and these gloves have not proven to be providing it. The stitching and materials of these gloves are disappointing. I have purchased shorts and shirts from FOX and I love them. They are very well made, but these gloves are not.

The FOX DIRTPAW RACE GLOVES provide excellent protection, yet fully functional and great looking. Suggest ordering at least 2X larger than you normally wear. A very good price w/FS, plus fast delivery. Highly recommended for MTB and off road stuff.

|Runs Small – Buy one size bigger,
I bought these from Derby Cycles in my normal glove size of XL. They arrived a week before the scheduled delivery date. Then they were so small I could barley get my hand in. I contacted Derby Cycles and they responded with return instruction the same day. They sent an XXL which I had within one week of mailing back the gloves. I send the gloves back on a Tuesday and the new pair arrived Saturday. Not sure how that is possible, but none-the-less, I wore them riding Today. Still tight at first but after a few hours of wearing them, they felt great. Feel pretty durable as well. If not for the sizing issue, I would have given them 4 or 5 stars depending on how durable they end up being.
